By creating a GlobProxy account or purchasing bandwidth, you agree to these terms in full.
GlobProxy (operated by Saltern Studio) provides access to a network of residential IP addresses on a prepaid basis. Bandwidth does not expire. We act as a reseller of proxy infrastructure provided by third-party suppliers.
GlobProxy may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our bandwidth for:
Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to authorities.
You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person or entity. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts using disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted and will be removed.
All purchases are prepaid. Bandwidth does not expire and remains in your account until consumed. We may change pricing for future purchases with 7 days notice. Existing purchased bandwidth is unaffected by price changes.
Approved resellers may distribute GlobProxy bandwidth to clients under their own brand. Resellers are fully responsible for ensuring their clients comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. API access is granted by GlobProxy and may be revoked at any time for cause.
Referral rewards. Every account has a referral link. When someone who signed up through your link (or entered your code before their first purchase) completes a first purchase of at least $5, you and they each receive 1 GB of bandwidth, once per referred account. Referring yourself, or accounts controlled by you or your household, is not permitted and earns nothing. We may withhold or reverse rewards we reasonably suspect are abusive, and referrals are reviewed manually when they look automated or duplicated.
Affiliate program. Cash commissions are available only to approved affiliates; approval is at our discretion and can be withdrawn. Approved affiliates earn a commission on the amount paid for their referrals' orders (net of refunds), at the rates we confirm at approval — by default 30% during a referral's first 90 days and 15% afterwards. An approved affiliate's referrals earn commission instead of the bandwidth reward above. If an order is refunded, its commission is reduced or cancelled accordingly; where a commission has already been paid, we recover it by deducting it from your next payout(s) — we will not bill you separately.
Payouts. Commissions are paid twice a month by USDT (TRC20), M-Pesa or bank transfer, to a payout method you add in your dashboard. A payout is created once your balance reaches $20; smaller balances carry over to the next run. For security, payouts are held for 48 hours after you add or change a payout method, and after a password change, an email change or a change to two-factor authentication. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details and for any taxes and third-party transfer fees; a payment sent to the details you supplied is final.
We may suspend an affiliate or withhold payouts while we investigate suspected fraud, spam, misleading promotion, or breach of these terms. Unpaid commissions are forfeited if an account is terminated for breach or deleted by its owner.
GlobProxy is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saltern Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
